Metal Roofing
Pro-Rib® is the leading steel panel offered in the post frame industry at a very competitive price. Pro-Rib® is also increasing its usage in the residential roofing and light commercial markets. This panel delivers value with high performance. It's environmentally friendly and manufactured to the highest industry standards. All panels are cut to the length directly from the manufacture for a clean look, and less labor. We can install this over existing shingles OR tear off existing shingles, apply all high temperature ice&water barrier, and install over these.
Shingles
We specialize in complete Owens Corning roof installations. Using their complete system, we are allowed to get a full manufacturer warranty. This complete system consists to five very important components: Owens Corning Synthetic Underlayment, Ice and Water Shield, Shingles, Hip and Ridge, Ridge Ventilation. Most of our previous installations have been using Duration, fifty year shingles. The price difference between Oakridge twenty-five year shingles and Duration fifty year shingles is minimal, and we as a company, would never cheat our customers out of twenty five years of performance for a small price difference.
We offer a 10 year warranty on all installations!
EPDM Rubber/ Flat Roofing
This system will be for low pitch roofing sections as well as flat roofs. EPDM is a .060 inch thick single ply roofing membrane. "Clean" product is without talc on the surface, which makes it easier to clean before adhering.
Black EPDM single ply membrane is used in Fully-Adhered Roofing Systems. The substrate and membrane are coated with WeatherBond Bonding Adhesive. The membrane is then rolled into place and brushed down. EPDM Seam Tape and EPDM Primer are applied to the seam areas. We can do this over existing product down or remove the existing. And install new installation for a whole new system.
Seamless Gutters
Our most common gutter install is 5" and 6" K-style seamless aluminum. Almost every residential home is equipped with these. Our gutters are all bent on site, and cut to the length of sections for the cleanest look possible. There are a number color choices available. Choosing between 5" and 6" gutters all comes down to your roof size, your pitch, and the amount of rainfall in your area. It also depends on the look and style. We also install half barrel gutters, and copper.
Gutter Guards
We install rain drop gutter guards, made locally in Cary, IL. These gutter guards are polypropylene, for durability in rigged Midwest winters. RainDrop Gutter Guard gets it right by letting the non-clogging debris flush through the gutter system, allowing all the water to get in, and by keeping out clog forming debris.
This product comes with a 20 year manufacture warranty.
